REP’s focus is on transactions in the US upstream, minerals, and mid-stream sectors. Our clients include public, private, PE-backed portfolio companies and financial institutions. REP delivers a diversified experience where it counts. We’ve closed a variety of different types of transactions for our clients including corporate, asset and JV/Drillco transactions; mostly sell-side mandates (20% buy-side); and generally operated properties (20% non-operated and minerals). Additionally, REP has advised clients across all US major basins and shale plays including Permian, Marcellus, East Texas CV/Haynesville, Eagle Ford, Williston, Anadarko, Green River and Barnett Shale.
