Cristina stellar

Cristina has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry across engineering, corporate strategy, and A&D advisory.

Cristina began her career at PwC, delivering strategy and corporate finance solutions for energy clients across the Americas, Europe, and Africa. She later joined Hess Corporation, where she spent 12 years in engineering and global portfolio management roles supporting development planning and portfolio optimization initiatives. In 2018, Cristina joined Grizzly Energy as Head of Business Development, where she led A&D activity during a company-wide restructuring and divestiture program and executed more than 40 transactions across the Piceance, Powder River, and Permian Basins, among others. Most recently, Cristina served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at BOK Financial Securities, advising upstream and midstream clients on A&D, valuation, and capital advisory transactions across the Lower 48.

Cristina holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Charles III University of Madrid.
