Kayla Crawford

Kayla Crawford is Executive Director (Execution Lead) at Redfield Energy Partners.

She has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry specializing in A&D execution workflow management and marketing. 

Kayla began her career as an Analyst in BMO's Energy Advisory Group in 2010 where she was primarily responsible for creating marketing and data room presentation materials.  In 2015, Kayla was a founding member of UBS Investment Bank's A&D Advisory Group, where she served as Director and Execution Lead. In this role,  she managed a team of execution experts from pitch phase through closing, overseeing 10 to 15 sell-side transactions per year on deals ranging from $20 million to $500 million. Following her time at UBS, Kayla joined Gulf Coast Sequestration as a Director, where she played a key role in the development and implementation of its Class VI permit, as well as the business development and marketing of the CO2 volumes. Kayla's expertise lies in data analysis, project management, marketing, and transaction execution. 

Kayla holds a BA in Communications from Louisiana State University.
