Philip Pavlich is an Executive Director (Reservoir/Operation Engineering) at Redfield Energy Partners.
He has 42 years of experience in reservoir, drilling and production engineering with 18 years specializing in A&D advisory.
Philip started his career working for Sun Company as a drilling and production engineer and has worked for other oil companies such as Josey Oil, Atasca Resources, Tri Union Development and the Tribo Companies as an operations engineer with experience in conventional and unconventional operations, waterflood and CO2 floods, artificial lift and gas wells, economic evaluations, workover evaluations, production enhancement and outside operations and royalty management. He began his A&D career in 2005 as a Senior Engineer at Tristone Capital and has also held engineering positions in the A&D practices of Macquarie, Raymond James and UBS Investment Bank's A&D Advisory Group. Most recently Philip has provided operational expertise and assistance to several small energy companies including reservoir economic analysis and management, workover design and implementation, regulatory start-up coordination tasks and drilling/completion activity research.
Philip has worked in most major basins in the US including the Delaware and Midland, DJ, Bakken/Three Forks, Eagle Ford, Gulf Coast, East Texas (Cotton Valley, Haynesville, Woodbine), Appalachian, LA and Anadarko. He also has experience with reservoir and operations in Peru and South Africa.
Philip holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
