Robert Mitchell

Robert Mitchell is a Director (GIS/Land) at Redfield Energy Partners. 

He has over 30 years in the oil and gas industry with over 20 years in A&D advisory.

Robert began his career at Schlumberger and then went on to Flopetrol and Texaco.  He held various positions that include reservoir engineering, natural gas scheduling and transportation analysis.  In 2000, began his A&D career at the Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse and has held various positions in the A&D practices of Tristone Capital, Macquarie and BMO’s Energy Advisory Group. Most recently Robert was a founding member and Senior Analyst in UBS Investment Bank's A&D Advisory Group where he assisted in key transaction processes such as data, Q&A and VDR management as well as providing GIS and land data support and analysis.  

Robert holds a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M University and has completed certifications in Land Management from the University of Houston-Downtown and GIS from Pennsylvania State University.
